Welcome – Current Information
Eight winds rage in the sky,
the moon remains motionless.
The cosmic order is always there.

The long summer days in the temple Entsū-ji!
Everything is fresh and pure,
And never do worldly feelings come here.
I sit in the cool shade, read poetry.
Beauty all around: I endure the heat
And listen to the sound of a water wheel.

When one person takes a step forward, the whole cosmos takes a step forward.
Taisen Deshimaru
Sitting down again and again in Zazen, returning to the normal state of body and mind, as Michel said, the unity of body and mind, means not only immersing oneself in the silence of the dojo, but in the silence of one's own mind by handing oneself over to Zazen and thus letting the glasses, coloured differenlty from person to person, fall away, to open up to that which is greater than ourselves, than our little "I, me, mine." This goes beyond intelligence and non-intelligence. It is meeting in the "eternally existing Buddha-mind" and the visitor to the hermitage of Tô Setsu Ken, in Zazen itself, sees with a clear vision that the mountain is blue. There things reveal themselves as they are. Everything is already in peace and harmony.
The whole world is a shining pearl. What is there to understand?

The ancients say:
When illusions cease, silence arises.
When silence arises, wisdom is realized.
When wisdom is realized, the essence of things is revealed.

Sitting in stillness transforms hearts
into mirrors that do not hold on to anything.
If we awaken ourselves to this consciousness,
all realms are images in front of our mirror:
what comes does not stick to us,
what goes does not leave a trace.
